There is probably nothing more frustrating than living in either a village or condominium that has fragmented communication between the developer and the owners, or even among the owners themselves. When this happens, proper maintenance of the village or building often declines, security becomes haphazard, and life in general suffers. The solution is to VASTLY increase communication and cooperation between all parties using all available information technology tools. Classic Garden Home came to us with a heavy challenge - get all homeowners onto a system where they can share information, view their monthly accounting common area fees, take polling surveys, submit recommendations to management, request services, and simply communicate better. Well done to the village for taking this hugely important step in preserving property values for all owners.
